Project Smiles’ goal is to promote positivity, and spread awareness of various mental health conditions!

How You can Help

Help us spread positivity by sending in a fun picture of you smiling, or something that makes you smile. The pictures will be posted on our website alongside your positive quote. To have your picture posted, follow the easy steps below. All money raised will go towards all of our future projects and fundraisers to make our community a more inclusive and positive environment.

How To Upload a Picture

Step One: fill out the google form by clicking the button below

Step Two: Venmo or PayPal $5 (optional)
